Rosie Kaftantzis

Director of Human Resources

Rosie Kaftantzis is the Director of Human Resources for David Mason + Associates, where she leads with a people‑first approach and strengthens DMA’s culture of quality and high performance.

Rosie joined DMA in 2012 and oversees employee relations, benefits, compliance, performance management, and organizational policy development. She partners with senior leadership to strengthen firmwide initiatives and ensure HR programs stay aligned with DMA’s business goals. Her foundation in social work and administrative coordinator experience informs her approach, helping her understand challenges from both the employee and organizational perspective.

Rosie enjoys cheering on the Chicago cubs – and she and her husband have one son.
