Haley Schmidt

Director of Client Relations, Eastern Region

Haley Schmidt is the Director of Client Relations for DMA’s Eastern Region. She has A/E/C industry experience and helps define business strategies, strengthen client relationships, and build new partnerships.

Haley joined DMA in 2018 and has helped elevate the firm’s presence in its Philadelphia and Tampa offices. She has positioned DMA as a trusted engineering partner among leading institutions, architects, and design professionals. As the firm expands into new markets, she continues to focus on growing DMA’s national reach.

Haley brings her business development and marketing leadership experience from her tenure at an MEP engineering firm and as Director of Strategy for a defense and aerospace company to DMA. She is also the founder of FEDbizUP, an outreach firm supporting small business growth outside the A/E/C industry. Haley enjoys bringing together her communication skills with design and engineering. She enjoys cooking, music, and traveling – and is married to her husband, Erik.
