Senior Technical Director of Structural Engineering, Philadelphia

Jeffrey Evans is Senior Technical Director of Structural Engineering and Interim Division Manager for DMA’s Philadelphia region. He has structural engineering and senior technical experience on national and international government, commercial, and transportation projects. With 30 years in the industry, Jeff brings experience and technical insight that have been instrumental in expanding DMA’s regional structural engineering presence.

Jeff joined DMA in 2018 and has helped establish the firm as a leading structural group by delivering strong designs, responsive service, and client results. He is a leader and team collaborator, resulting in a strong and growing client base that includes universities, municipal agencies, and architectural partners. Jeff is a licensed Professional Engineer in AL, CT, DE, GA, KY, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, UT, VA, WV, and WY. He is also an active member of the American Institute of Steel Construction, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Concrete Institute, and American Wood Council.

Jeff enjoys hiking, golfing, exploring the local community, and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife, Heather, have a daughter.
