Matthew Moore is Vice President of Civil Engineering for David Mason + Associates. He has experience in consulting engineering and project management and has worked across a broad range of markets and disciplines, overseeing both horizontal and vertical construction projects. Matthew brings practical, cost‑effective, and innovative engineering solutions and his clients include public and private sector organizations, domestically and internationally.

Matthew joined DMA in 2024 and brings 32 years of engineering experience to lead multi‑disciplinary teams on new construction and renovation projects, guiding design development, project execution, and office operations. He is a strong advocate for mentorship, and his collaborative, common‑sense leadership style helps young professionals grow while fostering teamwork and shared success.

He is a Professional Engineer in Alabama, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, and Mississippi. In addition to his technical expertise, Matt is an accomplished writer and published author in both technical and non‑technical fields. He enjoys hiking outdoors and has two children.
