State-of-the-Art Training Center

The new State-of-the-Art Training Center is located on Chicago’s near southwest side. The project includes a 30,000 square foot building, service and maintenance station and Warehouse, 50,000 square foot Gas City leak investigation field and training area, approximately 250 parking spaces, greenspace, landscape improvements, and an underground stormwater management on approximately 10 acres of existing industrial land.

Design included the investigation and restoration of off-site private utilities and well as coordination of the design with the proposed Remedial Action Plan. The site required environmental remediation and the clean-up and restoration of an additional 7 acres of adjacent property.
