Allison Shaw is Division Manager of Civil Engineering for Florida at David Mason + Associates. With 34 years of engineering experience for projects across multiple market sectors, she brings a versatile blend of technical skill and leadership. She has contributed to projects including housing, academics, transportation, and private infrastructure projects.

Allison joined DMA in 2024 and has provided design supervision and quality control for civil engineering projects. Her scope expertise includes site improvements, land development, transportation and roadway design, utility and drainage systems, grading, and traffic management. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Florida and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
