Chief Financial Officer

Carl serves as the Chief Financial Officer for David Mason + Associates. In this role, Carl is focused on helping the senior management team refine the company’s long-term financial roadmap including strategic planning, annual budgeting, risk management, and various aspects of financial analysis, due diligence, and contract negotiations. DMA’s information technology and human resources departments report to Carl.

Carl joined David Mason + Associates in 2021, bringing with him financial experience at both large and small companies in various industries. Carl has held several senior positions in financial functions such as corporate mergers and acquisitions, accounting and controlling, and internal audit.

He and his wife Natalie have been married for 15 years and they have two sons.
