Principal, Customer Relations

Paul serves as a Principal for DMA focused on business development and client relationships on the East Coast, where he has lived and worked for many years. His business and social relationships along the eastern seaboard have helped DMA’s Philadelphia office to gain traction in the region. Paul frequently travels with David, meeting clients and extending DMA’s footprint in all aspects of its business.

Before joining DMA, Paul spent 30 years working for ABC News as an Emmy-Award winning producer, executive producer and senior vice president. With more than 35 years’ experience as a CEO and senior manager, Paul has been instrumental in building nationally recognized media companies while successfully managing hundreds of employees and multi-million-dollar operating budgets. Paul has had complete profit and loss responsibility for large business units, handled complex negotiations over mergers and acquisitions, and worked closely with lawyers and HR professionals on a range of employee related issues. He understands how to build business brands, while burnishing a company’s mission, message and reputation.

Paul has been happily married to his wife Evey Adelsohn for over 30 years. Their daughter Olivia, an East Asian studies scholar, lives and works in San Francisco. In his spare time, Paul enjoys reading history, playing golf and spending time with family.

He joined the management team at David Mason + Associates in 2015.
