Scott A. Liebel, PE

Scott Liebel is a licensed Professional Engineer who uses his knowledge and experience to grow DMA’s client base with a particular focus on engineering for private utility companies. Prior to joining DMA in 2019, Scott spent 37 years as a civil engineer and engineering supervisor for Ameren Missouri. His years as an engineer and a project manager in electric power distribution provide him with expert knowledge of overhead electric system design. Scott worked on a team that developed the overall system inspection program for Ameren Missouri. He also supervised the group responsible for inspections throughout the system in Missouri. In addition to inspections, Scott also oversaw all 3rd party attachments on the Ameren Missouri system and assisted in regulatory matters relating to these attachments.
Scott is active in his community, having served on foundation boards for World Bird Sanctuary, St. Charles Community College and Barnes Jewish St. Peters and Progress West Hospitals.
When away from DMA, Scott loves to spend his time with his wife Denise, their two children, and five grandchildren.
