Zach Little

Division Manager of Sewer Cleaning + Inspection

Zach Little manages projects and coordinates field crews dispatched to support our televising and cleaning services on a daily basis. He is responsible for inspection crew performance, quality control, scheduling, vehicle registration, and does this while always emphasizing crew safety. Zach began working for DMA as a field surveyor after earning his bachelor’s degree in business management from Webster University. He has become an integral piece of the overall DMA team, working with skilled union laborers every day and pushing to make that division a leader in efficiency, profitability and safety.

In recent years, Zach has taken on new responsibilities as a manager of all lateral crossbore inspections, locating gas leaks in sewer laterals that could potentially result in devastating explosions were it not for the diligence and professionalism of the crews led by Zach.

Zach approaches his work with the discipline and competitive edge of an elite athlete. He prepares. He plans. He executes. These are lessons he learned as a collegiate baseball player, winning all-conference and all-region recognition four consecutive years at Florissant Valley Community College and Webster University. Zach obtained his Master’s Degree and PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification from Webster University in 2019.

Zach is married to his best friend, Nikki. Together they have two children.
