Branson’s Nantucket New Clubhouse

Branson’s Nantucket features luxury time-share living with breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. Situated in the heart of the Ozark Mountains in Branson, Missouri, Branson’s Nantucket provides convenient access to Silver Dollar City, championship golf courses, and the famous Branson 76 entertainment district, often recognized as the “live entertainment capital of the world”.

The clubhouse project consists of a new eight story steel framed building that includes luxury timeshare living units, a fitness center, community rooms, display units, a clubhouse, and rooftop pool.

DMA structural engineers provided design period services analysis and generation of structural calculations in accordance with the 2009 international building code (IBC); preparation of structural drawings; and technical specifications.

Key aspects of this project included a combined lateral force resisting system of concentrically braced frames and steel moment frames, and design of steel support framing for the rooftop swimming pool.
