David Mason &
Associates has provided civil design services for
improvements to various site development and transportation projects for federal, state
and local governments, public facilities, and private developers.
These projects include design for streets and access roads,
including sidewalks, curb and gutter; parking lots and facilities;
pedestrian / bikeway path and bridges; site drainage including storm
water detention; and site utility master planning and design for
water, gas, electric, storm and sanitary sewers.
Projects require extensive
coordination with the various public utilities and public agencies
for state, county and city streets or highways.
We provide field surveying services, preparation of plans and
specifications, cost estimating, and construction administration
services for these projects.
