DMA’s Second Annual Winter Supplies Drive
With the holiday season upon us – and in the spirit of giving – we’re having our Second Annual Winter Supplies Drive at DMA!
Many of us have seen firsthand accounts of homeless individuals and the issues they face. While this time of the year is a time of togetherness and joy for many, for others it’s a time that underscores the dire situations they experience every day. We would like to make a difference any way we can!
Through the end of January, we’re collecting the following items that will be donated to four different charitable organizations:
+ Socks (New)
+ Underwear
+ Deodorant
+ Feminine Hygiene Products
+ Toothpaste
+ Toothbrushes
+ Undershirts (New)
+ Bath Towels
+ Shampoo
+ Conditioner
+ Sunscreen
+ Coats
+ Hats
+ Gloves
+ Diapers
As noted above, we’re focusing on FOUR charitable organizations this year: two in St. Louis (the Queen of Peace Center as well as Peter and Paul Community Services), one in Chicago (Pacific Garden Mission) and one in Philadelphia (Project HOME).
