David Mason + Associates generated structural construction documents for a single-story, 37,000 SF outpatient medical facility in Florissant, MO. Structural systems for this $26.3 million facility includes a shallow foundation system and steel bar joist / steel beam roof framing. Concrete roof pads are provided for the mechanical roof top units. Other features include a radiused brick / storefront system at the infusion area, and a radiused, tall curtainwall entrance. This project included a concrete structure to house a linear accelerator.
