Jeremiah Ditch, PLS

Division Manager, Surveying

Jeremiah Ditch is Division Manager of Surveying for David Mason + Associates, providing leadership and oversight for all survey operations. With 27 years of experience, he guides DMA’s survey team in delivering property boundary, right‑of‑way, alignment, subdivision, and lot consolidation/boundary adjustment re‑platting services, as well as ALTA/NSPS land title surveys. His expertise also includes topographic and design surveys, horizontal and vertical control network establishment, construction layout, and both aerial and terrestrial LiDAR scanning and point cloud development.

Jeremiah joined DMA in 2018 and he and his team support clients from early planning through construction, as‑built measurement, completion, and final plat recording. He is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Missouri and an active member of the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors and the National Society of Professional Surveyors. His field expertise includes Ameren Powersafe Training, STL Lambert Badging, STL Lambert Airport Escort qualifications, Metrolink Safety Training, and OSHA 10‑Hour Safety Training.

Jeremiah views surveying as both an art and an adventure. He enjoys mentoring and spending time with family and friends.
