Rosie Kaftantzis

Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Rosie Kaftanzis’ top priority is maintaining DMA’s employee-oriented company culture, emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. In addition to handling all employee related matters and company benefits, Rosie has worked closely with the senior management team in the creation of several company policies, including updates to the employee handbook and polices specifically related to the Covid19 Pandemic.

Rosie Kaftantzis joined the DMA team in 2012 as the Administrative Coordinator. Her previous 10+ years of experience in the construction industry allowed her fit seamlessly into the DMA team. In 2019, Rosie was promoted to Director of Human Resources, and her role expanded to include managing the DMA administrative staff. Rosie’s number one goal is the overall health and safety of our employees.

Born and raised in Chicago, Rosie is proud of her Greek American heritage and her Chicago Cubs. She is married to Dimitrios (another Cubs fan), and they are proud parents to a beautiful boy named Johnny…who may just grow up to appreciate the Cardinals!
