Taylor Mason

Principal

Taylor leads and manages the Client Development, Marketing and Professional Services Divisions for David Mason + Associates. His primary focus has been building new relationships, and identifying growth opportunities while strengthening DMA’s existing client and partner base. Taylor’s knowledge of DMA’s diverse market sectors allows him to speak on behalf of each division within the company.

When Taylor joined his father and the DMA team in 2008 the country was in economic depression. This external pressure required DMA to begin approaching projects in a different manner and realigning firm goals and objectives. His intense focus on added value has enabled Taylor to help expand DMA’s professional service offerings in several new directions as part of the organization’s realigned strategic plan.

Taylor is a problem solver who never hesitates to engage. In addition to his work at DMA, Taylor is the President of the Diversity Awareness Partnership and serves on 3 additional boards- ACE Mentorship, Backstoppers Young Friends Board, and the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Development Board. Collectively, these organizations focus on diversity, family support and youth education. Taylor believes in setting the stage for the next generation of young, diverse professionals and helping them achieve success.

He is married to Lauren, and together they have two children. He is a passionate golfer and barbeque chef with a taste for fine red wines that pair nicely with the meals he prepares.
